End bathroom - To the rear of the van is a the large full width luxury bathroom featuring walk in wet room, wardrobe, vanity sink and Thetford cassette toilet which is cleverly hidden from view beneath an upholstered seat.
Exterior - In good condition for it\'s age. Windows double glazed, good condition and working. all internal and external lights are working. Single Axle, tyres in good condition.
Interior The perfect family layout comprises of lounge at the front of the van with underseat storage, which converts into a king size double bed or two single beds. Usual Vanmaster thermostatically controlled Trumatic gas fire with blown air central heating, mood lighting, small table that folds from the top of the drawers at the very front and optional free standing table. The kitchen area comprises of a built in oven with hob and grill, fully working, Fridge with ice cube compartment and sink with drainer and mixer tap together with fold out work surface. There are numerous overhead cupboards all around the van.
The light airy interior of the van is in good condition with all original upholstery and curtains. The woodwork is light oak finish, all blackout blinds and fly screens function perfectly.
The caravan comes with leisure battery, whale pump, aquaroll, waste hog, step, wheel clamp, hitch lock and stabiliser. Also included is a full size Bradcot Awning with ground sheet in need of some tlc.
